You acknowledge that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may change pricing, with advance notice.

You may upload or share text, photos, event details, and other content. You retain ownership of this content, but grant TCHEBAA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for service functionality and marketing. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Some features require access to your device's location. By using these features, you consent to TCHEBAA collecting and using location data to provide relevant services and recommendations. You may disable location tracking at any time via your device settings.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

You breach these terms.

We suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior.

We are required to do so by law or policy.

All TCHEBAA content, branding, software, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content.

TCHEBAA may link to or interact with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

TCHEBAA is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or performance. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of data, income, or reputation.

Errors or downtime in the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCHEBAA and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Bexar County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect means you accept the updated terms.
